Global X SuperDividend ETF SDIV

The Global X SuperDividend ETF aims to achieve investment results that generally correspond with the price and yield of the Solactive Global SuperDividend Index. This fund was established in 2011 and is domiciled in the United States. Mirae Asset Global Investments manages the ETF. The company was founded in 1997 and acquired Global X in 2018. Mirae Asset Global Investments has its headquarters in Seoul, South Korea.

This EFT invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the Solactive Global SuperDividend Index. The fund also invests in American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) based on the securities of this index. The Solactive Global SuperDividend Index tracks the performance of 100 equally-weighted companies ranking among the highest dividend-yielding companies in the world.

The Global X SuperDividend ETF’s top five regions of investment are the United States, emerging Asia, emerging Europe, the United Kingdom, and Africa. The fund primarily invests in the real estate, financial services, energy, communication services, and basic materials sectors. The top holdings in the ETF’s portfolio include Transmissora Alianca de Energia Eletrica SA, NOS SGPS SA, Williams Companies Inc., Imperial Brands PLC, and British American Tobacco PLC. This fund trades on the NYSE under the SDIV stock ticker.
