SEB SA, better known as Groupe SEB (Société d'Emboutissage de Bourgogne) is a French appliance company producing small domestic appliances and cookware across many well-known brands. The firm is the largest manufacturer of cookware products worldwide, selling over 360 million products annually. Originally founded in 1857, with headquarters in Ecully, France, Groupe SEB serves clients all around the world, operating in over 150 countries with subsidiaries in several continents, including Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
The company has grown through several high-profile acquisitions, adding many household names like Tefal, Moulinex, Rowenta, and Krups to its growing list of appliance and cookware brands. Launched on the Paris stock exchange in 1975, Groupe SEB trades under the ticker SK.PA.
Groupe SEB states that its mission is to make consumers’ everyday lives easier and more enjoyable and to contribute to better living around the world.
