Vallourec was founded in 1899 and is headquartered in France. The company provides premium tubular solutions, primarily serving the energy markets. Company solutions include tubes and pipes for oil and gas exploration, boilers and nuclear power plants, automotive manufacturing, construction, and more.

Vallourec employs over 19,000 people worldwide, including approximately 500 engineers and technicians, and operates integrated manufacturing facilities, and 6 advanced R&D centres in more than 20 different countries. The company specialises in the most complex applications in its field and offers a comprehensive range of products.

In order to support the growth in energy markets, Vallourec is pursuing an ambitious local development strategy with new production facilities in Brazil, China, the Middle East and the USA. At the same time, Vallourec continues to invest in modernising its European industrial capabilities.
