WiseTech Global Limited is a software developer that provides solutions to the logistics industry. Based in Sydney, Australia, the company has had worldwide operations since its foundation in 1994.

WiseTech Global develops, implements and sells software solutions designed to assist logistics service providers in the movement and storage of goods and information. One of its offerings is a software platform called CargoWise, which enables the execution of complex logistics transactions and operations management. CargoWise is licensed for use in approximately 160 countries. WiseTech Global’s solutions also include forwarding, transport, customs, optimisation, enterprise, rates and contracts, e-commerce, warehouse, global data, parcel, carrier and geocompliance. As of 2021, the company employs over 1,800 people.

In January 2020, the company announced the acquisition of SISA Studio Information SA, a Switzerland-based customs and freight forwarding company. WiseTech Global operates its business through several subsidiaries, including Cargo Community Network Pty Ltd, Candent Australia Pty Ltd, Compdata Technology Services Pty Ltd and CMS Transport Systems Pty Ltd. Since April 2016, stock for WiseTech Global has been listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, where it trades under the ticker WTC.
