Huhtamäki Oyj is the parent company of the Huhtamaki Group. The Huhtamaki Group is a world leader in the manufacture of packaging for the food services industry. With headquarters in Espoo, Finland, the company was established in 1920 and operates internationally.

Huhtamaki is committed to circular, sustainable packaging. The group operates in 35 countries with 81 sites globally. Its sustainability initiatives focus on safe packaging, supply chain compliance and the environment. Approximately 70% of the company's manufacturing materials are sourced from recyclable matter. The Fiber Foodservice EAO division provides fibre and paperboard packaging for fresh foods and beverages. This division operates across Europe, Asia and Oceania. The North America Segment provides food services packaging and brand packaging. The third segment, Flexible Packaging, manufactures light and pliable packaging used in the foodservice and pharmaceutical industries, among others.

Huhtamäki Oyj trades under the HUH1V.HE ticker on the Helsinki Stock Exchange (HEX). Stock for the company has been listed on the exchange since February 2000. The group not only has a solid footing in the North American and European markets but is also expanding in emerging markets like Africa. In March 2020, it fully acquired Laminor S.A., a flexible packaging company.
