We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Investment Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on developing, growing, and expanding investment products within the Investment Office

In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional investment projects, driving business development initiatives, and supporting marketing-related activities in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization

This is a full-time managerial role, with no direct reports, focused on leading cross-functional initiatives


What will you be doing?

  • Lead and coordinate cross-product initiatives across eToro’s investment offerings, with a focus on business development and marketing execution
  • Assist the Chief Investment Officer in collaborating with existing business partners or sub-companies, identifying opportunities for joint initiatives, developing a structured execution plan, and driving end-to-end execution, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes
  • Partner with Investment Office team managers to support and advance key strategic and operational projects

Requirements

  • Have proven experience in the investment industry, gained through roles in investment management, sales management, or business development (non-operational roles) at investment houses, brokers, or similar financial institutions – a must
  • Bring at least 3 years of managerial experience, including ownership of projects or processes
  • Is a proactive, hands-on individual who can ensure timely and efficient project delivery within scope and budget.
  • Brings technical proficiency, including familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams and SQL.
  • Has very good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Is highly organized, with strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Maintains a “can-do” attitude, is performance-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Can work independently as well as collaboratively on both strategic projects and daily operations
  • Pays great attention to detail and accuracy.
