What will you be doing?
- Serve as the primary, dedicated point of contact for our high-value clients, delivering an exceptional service that embodies eToro's culture and values
- Proactively engage with clients via Zoom, telephone, and email to discuss financial markets, articulate investment strategies, and demonstrate the full potential of the eToro platform
- Act as a brand ambassador, championing the company's vision and mission by providing expert insights into our products and services
- Manage the full client experience including education to long-term retention, while expertly handling complex inquiries and resolving high-priority issues
Requirements
- Exceptional Communicator - A genuine "peoples person" with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging manner
- Language Proficiency - Business fluency in both German and English is essential
- Market Passion - A deep and genuine interest in financial markets, including stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies, coupled with a passion for trading and investing.
- Educational Background - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable
- Proven Experience - Demonstrated success in a client-facing role such as Account Management, Portfolio Management, Sales, or Retention within the financial services industry
- Organizational Excellence - Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive & Driven - A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to team goals
- Collaborative Spirit - A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
- Adaptable Learner - A quick learner with the ability to master new products and adapt to evolving market trends
