Borders & Southern Petroleum Plc is a British independent oil and gas exploration company that focuses primarily on offshore exploration in the Falkland Islands.

It operates in the energy sector and has a 100% interest in three production fields in the South Falkland basin, which covers approximately 10,000 kilometres. Following a two-well drilling programme, the first (Darwin) operation resulted in significant gas condensate and the second well had strong gas shows.
