Fulton Financial Corp is a holding company for multiple banks that provide banking and financial services to both consumers and businesses. Founded in 1882, Fulton Financial has its headquarters in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and operates within the US, offering a range of financial products and services in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. The company operates across the region through more than 200 financial centres and specialty offices along with almost 300 ATMs.

The firm has around $25bn in assets as of 2022 and provides clients with checking, savings and credit accounts, retirement accounts, mortgages and both personal and commercial loans and lines of credit, including loans for real estate and industrial, financial and agricultural needs. The firm also owns and operates some non-banking units, such as Fulton Insurance, which provides life insurance and related products.

The firm runs the Fulton Forward initiative, with a focus on improving local communities through the provision of affordable housing and home ownership, job training and workforce development, financial education, economic empowerment and diversity and inclusion. The company is listed on NASDAQ GS under the FULT stock ticker.
