Steadfast Group Ltd is an Australian insurance company serving a client base in Australia, Asia and Europe. In addition to general insurance, the group provides insurance underwriting services as well as related services. Founded in 1996, Steadfast Group is headquartered in Sydney.

Steadfast Group operates the largest general insurance broker network and group of underwriting agencies in Australasia as of December 2021. As of December 2021, the group operates a network of 434 insurance brokers and 27 underwriting agencies. The group has growing operations in Asia and Europe. Steadfast offers a variety of personal insurance types, including landlord, life, motor and home insurance. With regards to business insurance, the selection includes a wide range of options, such as cyber, product liability, farm, marine, aviation and more.

In April 2021, the group announced its acquisition of a majority stake of 60% in unisonSteadfast, a global network of independent insurance brokers based in Chicago and Hamburg, Germany. In August 2021, Steadfast Group announced the acquisition of Australian-based Coverforce, an insurance broker focused on the SME sector, in a deal for $293.62m. Stock for Steadfast Group is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the ticker SDF, where it has traded since July 2013.
