What Is Nexity SA?
Nexity SA was founded following a merger in 1995 and is headquartered in Paris, France. This integrated French real estate group engages in a wide range of real estate development and services businesses in Europe, including residential real estate, commercial real estate, real estate services to individuals and real estate services to businesses, networks and customer relations, urban building, and more. Company projects are meant for the short, medium and long terms.

In the first quarter of fiscal 2019, the company’s new housing reservations in France included approximately 3,883 units, representing a 7% increase, and its managed residences activities (students and seniors) included 211 projects in operation including 6 new openings. Overall, the company reported strong growth in sales for all of its business segments.
