About the Role
eToro UAE is hiring a Leader in Business Development & Affiliate Marketing to drive high-velocity growth across the GCC. You will lead multi-channel user acquisition, scale affiliate/influencer ecosystems, and establish revenue-driven strategic partnerships.
What will you be doing?
- Acquisition & Growth: Lead B2C/B2B user acquisition strategies across the GCC.
- Partner Ecosystems: Recruit and activate top-tier affiliates, IBs, and influencer networks.
- Strategic Deals: Structure revenue-driven partnerships with financial institutions and drive offline media/events.
- ROI Optimization: Manage partner relationships and analyze data to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in a growth leadership role within fintech, forex, or financial services.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the GCC fintech landscape and an existing partner network.
- Skills & Education: Proven track record in performance marketing and a relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
- Languages: Native Arabic and fluent English (exceptional negotiation skills required).
