We’re looking for a Marketing Strategy Manager to join the Marketing Strategy team and help shape and execute marketing plans across eToro’s products, audiences, and markets. This is a hands-on role that focuses on translating business goals into clear strategies, concise briefs, and measurable outcomes.
What will you be doing?
- Build marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for specific products, segments, and initiatives.
- Translate product capabilities into clear customer value, messaging, and campaign direction.
- Partner closely with Performance, CRM/Retention, Product Marketing, Creative, Media, and Analytics to drive execution end-to-end.
- Write sharp briefs (objective, audience insight, proposition, channels, KPIs) and align stakeholders around them.
- Track performance, extract insights, and recommend optimizations and next steps.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, growth, or go-to-market roles (or similar).
- Strong familiarity with retail investing/trading products and user journeys.
- Strong analytical skills and data literacy (ability to define KPIs, read performance, and turn insights into actions).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and measurement basics.
- Proven experience working with creative and media teams (briefing, feedback loops, iteration).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
