We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join our team!
As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making across eToro. Your role will combine strong business analysis capabilities with a practical, solution-oriented approach to applying AI within real operational processes.
You will work closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into structured AI use cases, define clear requirements, support implementation, and ensure solutions deliver measurable operational impact.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate closely with Operations and cross-functional teams, including Product, Compliance, Technology, Customer Service, and Data, to identify and execute opportunities for operational efficiency and improvement.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to support the design and implementation of AI-driven operational solutions.
- Identify operational processes that can benefit from AI, automation, advanced analytics, or workflow optimization, and translate them into practical solution requirements.
- Lead AI-related operational initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring clear scope, business value, ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Work with relevant technical teams and stakeholders to define solution logic, data requirements, user flows, controls, success criteria, and operational adoption plans.
- Support the implementation of AI tools and intelligent workflows within the Operations department, ensuring they are embedded effectively into day-to-day processes.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics, automation, and predictive capabilities to improve performance, forecast trends, detect inefficiencies, and proactively identify operational risks.
- Define, monitor, and continuously improve operational processes and key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and impact.
- Conduct impact assessments of proposed changes, provide strategic recommendations, and present clear, data-backed insights to senior leadership.
- Investigate operational challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement data-driven, intelligent solutions to address pain points.
Deliverables include:
Well-documented business requirements, AI use case definitions, process maps, impact assessments, benefit realization calculations, solution adoption plans, and structured realization plans for each improvement initiative, ensuring transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Operations, AI implementation or related roles
- Strong understanding of how AI, automation, and data-driven solutions can be applied to real business processes
- Experience translating business problems into clear solution requirements, preferably for AI, automation, analytics, or operational technology initiatives
- Experience working with technical, data, or product teams to implement business solutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to break down complex operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and design practical improvement solutions
- Experience with AI analytics platforms, workflow automation tools, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel
- Experience with process management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, comfortable interacting with stakeholders, including senior management
- English proficiency at a mother-tongue level
- Previous experience in financial services or fintech industries will be considered an advantage
