This is an ideal role for someone with 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on delivering strategy brand campaigns across various advertising channels and engaging audiences in various regions.
Role Summary:
The Marketing Manager – North & East Europe will lead regional brand marketing strategy across Central Eastern Europe (CEE) and the Nordics.
This role is strategic, data-driven, and requires strong stakeholder management. You will own campaign planning, regional insights, reporting, budgeting, and market-specific strategy—while partnering with our central teams for execution.
You will work closely with teams in Israel, Cyprus, and external partners across Europe to ensure a consistent, high-impact brand presence and audience engagement.
What will you be doing?
Strategy & Market Ownership:
- Develop and own annual and quarterly brand marketing strategies for North & East Europe, leveraging market data, audience insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Translate eToro’s USPs into market-relevant, performance-driven brand concepts.
- Lead regional media mix & OOH strategy, ensuring channel selection aligns with audience behavior and brand objectives.
Campaign & Stakeholder Management:
- Work with the Israel-based central marketing team on campaign execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Operations , Compliance, and PR agencies in supported markets.
- Manage relationships with external partners including sports sponsorship teams, media vendors, and creative resources.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Own regional reporting: performance insights, KPI tracking, market performance narratives.
- Present in the Revenue Forum to senior leadership—delivering compelling slides, insights, and clear strategic recommendations.
Budget Responsibility:
- Manage multi-million dollar regional budgets.
- Lead budget planning, pacing, optimization, and financial accuracy.
Market Expertise:
- Deeply understand regional market drivers, cultural nuances, and audience behaviors.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.
Requirements
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to build marketing campaigns using data, insights, and competitor analysis.
- Strong analytical capabilities—ability to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and shape strategy.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills; proven success influencing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Fluent Greek speaker (big plus).
- Ideally a background in fin-tech, trading/brokerage, or B2C iGaming.
- Experience managing regional marketing budgets.
- Excellent skills using various programs for brand creative, and building presentations.
