L3 Harris is an American international technology company, defence contractor and information technology services provider based in Melbourne, Florida. The firm was formed in 2019 when L3 Technologies merged with Harris Corporation, making L3 Harris one of the largest defence companies in the United States and one of the top ten worldwide.

The firm is engaged in the production and sale of wireless equipment, tactical communications and other integrated vision solutions; air traffic management; and space, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems. The company serves a worldwide client base, supporting government and commercial customers in around 100 countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.

The firm employs around 47,000 people worldwide, including 20,000 engineers and scientists, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet customers' mission-critical needs across air, land, sea, space, and cyber domains. The firm was named one of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies in 2021, made the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index, and was also named on the Forbes 2021 list as one of the Best Employers For Diversity.
