The company is based in Paris and is part of the Dassault Group. Dassault Aviation purchased American-based Atlantic Aviation in 2000.
Dassault Aviation went public in 1999, with the stock symbol AM.PA. The stock is listed on the Euronext and is part of the CAC Mid 60 Component. The CAC 60 is a representation of the top 60 French stocks in terms of market capitalisation after the 40 stocks that comprise the CAC 40.
