Account Manager - Client Services (Junior Level)

This is an ideal position for someone with a strong interest in financial markets looking for their first role after graduating, or someone with 6-12 months of experience in a client facing / client supporting role that wants to elevate their career with a global social trading & investment business.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality trade and administrative support across phone, email, and live chat channels
- Attend client meetings with Senior Account Manager, when necessary.
- Support clients with a range of products including OTC derivatives, real stocks, and investment offerings
- Build knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds, and commodities
- Help clients understand P&L, margin requirements, order types, fees, and trade-related issues
- Provide execution-only trading services via phone (after receiving training)
- Proactively assist with platform navigation, product features, and cross-selling relevant services
- Run daily morning market calls to update clients on key developments
- Investigate and resolve trade disputes or escalations
Requirements
- A degree-level education (any discipline) or 6-12 months of professional experience in a client facing / client support role
- A genuine interest in financial markets, trading, and global economic trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you put clients at ease
- Ability to understand client challenges and provide a solutions-based approach to resolving issues
- Confidence with mental arithmetic and numerical reasoning
- Strong organizational skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to manage client records and administrative tasks efficiently
