Role location and working style:

This position is based in Limassol, Cyprus with an in-office and hybrid set up. Remote set up is not possible.

Role Summary

Welcome to the team that keeps our global trading & investing community engaged! We are transitioning to AI in-house tools that are redefining how campaigns are built and delivered.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will own the full campaign process, from build to launch and performance monitoring, working with beta in-house AI tools alongside our marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage multi-channel campaigns
• Own the end-to-end campaign process
• Build email and notification campaigns in SFMC and basic HTML
• Work with beta in-house AI tools (Codex)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
• Manage multilingual campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and report on results
• Stay agile and adapt to changing priorities
• Flag process and tool issues

Requirements

• Experience: ~1+ years in marketing automation, digital marketing operations or a technical/analytical environment (SFMC is a plus)
• Fast Learner mindset
• Tech & AI savvy: HTML/CSS, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptability

Advantageous if you have

• Experience with internal AI tools and automations
• Basic programming knowledge
• Computer science education
• Knowledge of financial markets / fintech
