We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our UK Compliance team and help shape an AI-first compliance operating model. In this role, you will support regulatory change, product governance, financial promotions, complaints and compliance monitoring, while building controlled and auditable AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant compliance experience within financial services, preferably in a regulated fintech, investment firm or digital platform.
• Practical experience with AI, automation, data analysis, or workflow tools.
• Experience in regulatory change, policy development, compliance advisory, or product governance.
• Strong knowledge of UK regulations, including Consumer Duty, conduct risk, and customer-outcome principles.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and turn them into practical controls and business processes.
• Strong judgment, independence, and confidence when advising and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with financial promotions, complaints or digital assets and crypto is an advantage
