Company marketplaces include: AutoScout24, ImmobilienScout24 (the company’s two leading marketplaces), FinanceScout24, JobScout24, FriendScout24, TravelScout24, and more. The company also licenses specific trademarks to third parties. The Scout24 Consumer Services business unit offers a bundle of additional services, such as the brokerage of relocation services or construction and car financing.
In 2007, Deutsche Telekom AG became the sole shareholder of Scout24 and at the beginning of 2014, it sold 70% of its Scout24 shares to Hellman & Friedman LLC. In July 2018, Scout24 acquired FINANZCHECK.de, a German consumer financing platform.
