We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to support eToro’s global operations. Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs, you will provide practical, business-oriented advice, working independently with internal teams and collaborating with the legal team on large or complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including complex cloud/technology agreements, software and data licenses, SaaS, Marketing & Partnerships (IOs, sponsorships, content, influencer), data processing agreements, professional services, payment processing, and NDAs.
- Partner with other counsel on complex transactions and offerings, including financing arrangements, M&A, financial services (prime broker, custody, market data), online customer Terms of Use and product offering terms.
- Perform additional duties as needed in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Provide clear, commercially focused legal counsel to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 year's experience as a commercial/technology lawyer in a global high-tech company (strong advantage: fintech/highly regulated/publicly traded) or in the commercial/tech practice of a leading law firm.
- Native-level English with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong contract drafting and analytical abilities with solid commercial judgment.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across the organization.
- Proven ability to negotiate with external counterparties on behalf of internal stakeholders to close transactions efficiently.
- Strong project management: prioritize, manage time, and handle multiple deadlines.
