Responsibilities:

Guidance and supervision of Service Level Agreement (SLA) management: conception, negotiation, documentation and controlling of SLAs in coordination with Legal

Control of the management and monitoring of internal and external service providers

Coordination and control of internal and external service provision

SLA management: conception, negotiation, documentation and assessment of the outsourcing company's performance on the basis of service level agreements in collaboration with the specialist departments

Coordination and review of risk analyses performed by the responsible departments

Supervision of the control and monitoring of outsourced activities and processes as well as interface management by the business unit

Central outsourcing reporting to senior management (German Management Board)

Ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and integration of the ICS on the part of the service provider

Support domestic Compliance and FCC function in projects and other activities if needed


Required:

Previous experience in Outsourcing, Compliance, Risk Management or any other relevant field

Knowledge and experience with AT 9 MaRisk, the EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing and any other relevant regulations

Open to creative solutions & business innovation; a team player

Strong communication and analysis skills for the monitoring of the outsourced activities

Audit and/or Online Broker knowledge is a plus

Experience working in a matrix organized company

Knowledge of Cyprus based CySec is a plus

Good English and German language knowledge
