Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile HR Specialist to join our local HR team of 5. You will work dynamically across the Cyprus office with managers & employees, as well as the wider global HR department on key initiatives that deliver exceptional collaboration, performance, mentality and satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and development, offering expert guidance on employee growth initiatives and identifying actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with employees and managers to maintain a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in resolving workplace conflicts.
- Consult with managers and provide daily HR guidance, coaching them on employee development best practices.
- Work proactively with the wider HR department to identify opportunities for organisational improvement, implement innovative solutions, and enhance the employee experience based on feedback and data.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain HR programs and policies that align with business strategy, ensuring all processes are up-to-date, compliant, and contribute to organisational success.
- Use your HR expertise to make an impact in key areas such as change management and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an HR-related role (at least 2+ years of experience).
- Experience/Knowledge of HR systems and employee-management tools.
- Experience working with managers on employee development and team morale.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- A passion for employee engagement, culture-building, and development.
- Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills & contributing to evolving projects across the business.
