Role Summary
We’re looking for a proactive Office Administrator to keep our Cyprus office running smoothly, support our teams, and help foster a positive workplace culture.
This role blends office management, legal documentation support, and employee engagement, making it ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, global company.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career with 6 months to 2 years of experience, looking to elevate their professional development with a global fin-tech organisation.
What you’ll be doing
Office Operations:
- Manage office supplies and refreshments, including inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
- Oversee day-to-day office duties such as couriers, reception, and phone call handling.
- Supervise cleaning staff to ensure a tidy and well-maintained work environment, coordinating schedules and tasks.
- Handle petty cash transactions with accurate record-keeping.
- Arrange travel, hotel, and transport bookings for employees and guests visiting Cyprus or travelling from other eToro offices.
Legal Administration:
- Assist in maintaining legal and regulatory documentation.
- Collect signatures and company documents from senior management, ensuring accurate filing for all Cyprus directors.
Employee Welfare & Events:
- Help plan and deliver company events, global initiatives, and teambuilding activities to strengthen workplace culture.
- Support wellness program upkeep and improvement.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office and event needs.
- Maintain accurate budgets and data for all office-related activities.
Requirements
- Some proven experience in office administration or a office coordinator role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Please be advised that this is a mainly office-based position, with some level of flexibility to coordinate with the team on occasional work from home.
