We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Operations team!
This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where automation, data, and process performance directly impact the customer journey, from onboarding through to conversion and deposits.
In this role, you will be the first line of insight, continuously monitoring key operational metrics and performance reports across systems like Tableau, Splunk, SQL, and Mixpanel. You’ll be responsible for detecting anomalies, investigating data patterns, identifying root causes, and escalating risks before they become business-impacting issues.
You won’t just report data, you’ll spot what others miss and drive timely remediation through structured handoffs to business owners and analysts. If you're detail-oriented, critical-thinking, and thrive on uncovering hidden insights in a sea of dashboards, this role is for you.
What will you be doing?
- Daily monitoring of automated alerts, operational dashboards, and vendor-integrated performance reports
- Identify spikes, drops, or irregular trends in workflows, especially those impacting onboarding and conversions
- Investigate anomalies using data across SQL databases, Splunk logs, Mixpanel events, and Tableau dashboards
- Conduct root cause analysis and flag critical issues to relevant Business Analysts and operational stakeholders
- Document findings clearly and maintain a log of recurring patterns and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational flows
- Continuously improve monitoring processes and propose automation or refinement opportunities
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, etc.) — a must
- Strong analytical and investigative mindset with attention to detail
- Proven experience working with SQL, Tableau, Splunk, and/or Mixpanel
- Solid understanding of business operations or customer service environments
- Ability to translate data findings into business language and actionable insights
- Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable handling time-sensitive, high-impact situations with ownership and urgency
