We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team!

What will you be doing?

  • Work closely with the Operations team to drive initiatives and improve efficiency
  • Elicit high-level requirements and business needs from end users across multiple domains
  • Document, analyze and streamline internal and external processes, with a particular focus on operation processes
  • Define performance metrics for the Operations department and provides regular performance reports
  • Measures and monitors process performance, providing data-driven insights and improvement recommendations via data analysis
  • Clearly articulate, document, and organize project and process documentation
  • Provide impact assessment and recommendations on various solutions
  • Prioritize competing business demands
  • Drive task and project delivery, providing regular progress reports for the operations departments of eToro
  • Log and investigate day to day functional issues; drives resolution
requirements
  • Previous job experience in a related field – Minimum 2 years, preferably in Business Analysis, Product Management or similar roles
  • Open to creative solutions and business innovation; a team player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including excellent Excel skills / ability to analyze large data sets
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skill
  • Advanced process / procedure documentation skills (frameworks, methodologies)
  • Ability to multitask / operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, must be comfortable to communicate with Senior Management
  • English - At mother tongue level
  • Previous experience in the FX / other Financial Services industry will be considered an advantage
