What you’ll be doing:

  • manage relationship with outsourced offices (currently in Romania and Ukraine)
  • monitor performance
  • provide operational assistance and on-boarding
  • maximize productivity 
  • help to setup and onboard new centers when needed
  • report to Director of Customer Service on performance
  • work with CS teams in eToro to organize tasks and processes
requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5 years Experience working with outsourced CS centers B to C managing at least 100 agents
  • Can do attitude 
  • Experiences in managing remote teams
  • Working cross functionally
  • Strong English, additional language is a plus (Russian, Romanian)
  • Management Experience with vendors
  • Willingness to Travel abroad 

 

This is a full time position Monday-Friday
