We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with regulations. You will play a critical role in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization, contributing to strategic decisions that impact our workforce and organizational success.

What will you be accountable for?

  • Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Develop, manage, and administer eToro's Incentive programs globally.
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Participate in salary surveys
  • Ensure the Comp data accuracy in HRIS
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and internal compensation guidelines.
  • Counsel and partner with HR teams on compensation matters 
  • Provide monthly analytics on compensation costs and develop and manage effective controls to mitigate these costs.
  • Participate in C&B initiatives and related projects.

Requirements

  •  2+ years of experience as a C&B analyst  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Attention to detail and solid quantitative and analytical background
  • Able to maintain complex and extreme workload, with a proven track record for driving initiatives to closure 
  • Familiarity with compensation structures, job evaluation methods, and incentive programs
  • and benefits practices.
