Customer Success Agent

eToro, the world’s largest social investment network is seeking a proactive, highly motivated and skilled English speaking Customer Success Agent. The Customer Success agent’s purpose is to provide the best customer experience possible by developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.


What will you be doing? 

  • Work closely with Club members to ensure they are satisfied with the services they received
  • Make sure that they are aware of and properly utilizing the benefits they are entitled to
  • Constantly stay in tune with what the customer needs and what their challenges are and work with them to specifically overcome them.
  • As a Customer Success Agent you will work in the eToro Club team to stimulate upgrades and reduce downgrades by:


  1. Integrating Training & Support - to make sure that club members are taken through the system and trained in the product's use, ensuring a fully engaged, positive and valuable experience.
  2. Integrating Technology - learn and understand the external services provided to club members in order to educate them on how to properly make use of them.
  3. Respond to incoming questions or queries and direct them to the relevant teams if they are outside the scope of customer success
  4. Proactively identify and reach out to club members who are not benefiting from the offering and close any gaps in understanding

It would be nice you have:

  • Familiar with British culture or previous lived in the UK
  • Work experience in a customer facing role 
  • Experience working in financial services
  • Speak an additional language


This is a full time position- working days are Monday-Friday
