Johnathan (Yoni) Assia drives the strategic goals of the company and oversees all the business units of eToro. Mr. Assia is a former software group manager with over 8 years of experience in the fields of software development and management. Mr. Assia has accumulated over 10 years of experience in investments and Forex trading.Mr. Assia holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Management and MSC in Computer Sciences. He lives and works in New York.

Mr. Assia serves as the chairman of our board of directors since October 2006. Mr. Assia, is a co-founder of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC), and has served in various positions, including as a director, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Assia holds a B.A. degree in economics and statistics and an MBA.
Santo Politi
Board Member
Santo Politi is a founder and General Partner of Spark Capital. He most recently was a Partner at Charles River Ventures (CRV) with an investment focus on media and entertainment infrastructure. His investments at CRV include BigBand Networks, Broadbus Technologies and Groove Mobile. Santo holds an MBA in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in electrical engineering from NJIT and a BS in electrical engineering and a BS in physics from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey. He is fluent in Japanese, conversational in Spanish and French and is a native Turkish speaker.
Guy Gamzu

Guy Gamzu has served as a director since the year 2000. Mr. Gamzu has been an angel investor since 1997, specializing in pre-seed venture finance. He is the founder of Sycamore Technologies Ventures L.P and currently serves as a director of Eyeclick.com, eToro.com, Mirtemis and Fiverr.com. Guy holds a B.S. in Business Studies, Marketing and Finance from City University Business School in London, U.K. Mr.
Avraham Basher

Mr. Basher brings more than 20 years of financial and capital markets experience in and around the high-tech industry. Mr. Basher has served as CFO and VP Finance in several publicly traded high-tech and investment companies. Mr. Basher serves as chief financial officer for a multi-national investment house and in charge of managing the finance, treasury and accounting operations of the firm, as well as due diligence. Mr. Basher is a licensed CPA and holds an MBA in Information Systems and BA in Accounting and Economics.
