On eToro, all clients can hold funds in a USD account. Clients in the UK, Europe and Australia can also hold funds in either a GBP account, a EUR account or an AUD account, based on their region.
Currency conversions may be needed in the following scenarios:
- Trading assets with funds from your GBP, EUR and AUD accounts that are in a different currency
- Transferring between your USD account and your GBP, EUR and AUD accounts
- Depositing or withdrawing in a different currency to your eToro account
Conversion fees can vary depending on location, payment method, and Club level.
Recurring Investment Conversion Fees
We’re excited to announce that we have received approval to waive all conversion fees on recurring investments for all Club members — across every tier – until the end of 2025.
Conversion fees on deposits and withdrawals
There are no conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals for local accounts, since only the local currency can be transferred in or out.
Conversion fees on deposits and withdrawals to and from the USD account are applicable as you can transfer in and out in multiple currencies. See below.
