On eToro, all clients can hold funds in a USD account. Eligible clients can also hold funds in a local currency account, depending on their country of residence.
Local accounts currently available: GBP, EUR, AUD and DKK
Currency conversions may be required in the following scenarios:
- Trading assets using funds from your local currency account when the asset is denominated in a different currency
- Transferring funds between your USD account and your local currency account
- Depositing or withdrawing funds in a currency different from your eToro account
Conversion fees may vary depending on location, payment method, and Club level.

Recurring Investment Conversion Fees
We’re excited to announce that we have received approval to waive all conversion fees on recurring investments for all Club members — across every tier – until March 31, 2026.
Conversion fees on deposits and withdrawals
There are no conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals for local accounts, since only the local currency can be transferred in or out.
Conversion fees on deposits and withdrawals to and from the USD account are applicable as you can transfer in and out in multiple currencies. See below.
