What will you be doing?
· Plan and execute our annual employee experience plan aligned with our culture goals and budget.
Partner with team leaders to build holistic wellbeing and team bonding plans for their teams, and provide consultation on employee experience matters.
Manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless execution of events, activities, and ongoing employee experience initiatives.
Build and maintain internal employee communities, both existing and new to foster inclusion, belonging, and cross-organizational engagement.
Take care of employees’ connection and belonging throughout the entire employee journey at eToro — from contract signing through key career milestones.
Manage social media channels and other platforms to showcase the company's culture, values, and employee success stories.
Coordinate employer branding events and campaigns to present and preserve eToro as a top employer to potential candidates
Requirements
At least 2-4 years of experience as an Employee Experience Specialist, Employee Engagement, HR, or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
A creative thinker who enjoys coming up with original, fun experiences that foster connection and employee engagement – from concept to execution.
Experience in end-to-end execution of large scale employee experience activities and events.
Proven involvement in the High-Tech industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Process-oriented and highly organized, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and touchpoints.
A people person who genuinely enjoys making others smile, thrives on creating meaningful experiences, and draws energy from being part of a hands-on, high-vibe team that
shows up when it counts.
Experience using AI-based tools to support content creation, internal communication, and visual storytelling.
