What will you be doing?

  • Provide first level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail and phone.
  • Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines.
  • Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a “WOW” professional and service experience 
requirements
  • Speak Mother tongue level English /other languages are a big plus!!
  • Have Service Orientation.


It will also be nice if you:

  • Have a basic understanding of the financial markets
  • Have experience working in customer service

  • Have high motivation to succeed and contribute 


 This is a shift-based position - Weekend shifts required

7 days a week (5 shifts per week per person) 

Currently working between the hours of 6am to 7pm which is split into 2 shifts
