Compliance Project Manager

  • Partner with compliance teams and external vendors to track and manage regulatory training requirements . 
  • Build and maintain a training dashboard 
  • Develop project plans tracking dependencies, feature, functionality and process change implementations
  • Proactively track and measure process and project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Partner with other business units to expedite and facilitate established processes to improve operations
  • Assist with other tasks such as supporting the creation of metrics, reporting, and onboarding new members to the team


requirements

 

  • 4+ years of Project Management and/or Compliance Operations experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex implementations in cross-functional, cross-organizational settings
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and consistently meet all deadlines and maintain high quality output while working on multiple projects and/or tasks
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, leading meetings and project discussions
  • Detail oriented, outstanding planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications
