As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal and high-impact role in driving the success of our fintech products. You will be responsible for developing Go-To-Market plans and executing them on product UX and marketing channels. You will do it based on 360-degree research: deep product understanding, user research and interviews, data, and competitive analyses. You will lead feature releases and proactive projects and prioritize them by KPI impact.

Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Planning and Executing: Develop and lead A-Z go-to-market strategies and executions for new product launches and proactive initiatives, from research into packaging, messaging, wireframing, and deliverable creation on product and marketing assets.
- Coordinate and brief cross-functional teams to ensure successful product releases, user adoption, and KPI achievement in different regions, compliances, and regulations.
- User Research and UX/Design Feedback: Develop and implement user research programs to gain deep insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Provide valuable feedback on UX/UI to enhance user experiences and drive product improvements on both mobile and desktop.
- Data-Driven User Journeys: Utilize data and research insights to develop user journeys that align with product KPIs, focusing on product adoption, conversion rates, and localizations. Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
- Champion the user voice throughout product development and the GTM lifecycle, conducting occasion user interviews and surveys and viewing product sessions.
- Team Collaboration: Work across all product domains as well as marketing, compliance, BI, and customer-facing teams. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate excellent coordination and people skills.
Requirements
- +5 years of B2C/PLG product marketing experience. Proven Fintech experience is a plus.
- Life long learner. You are curious and excited by new market trends and product marketing knowledge.
- Demonstrated record of translating research into insights, insights into product and marketing initiatives, and initiatives into user success and product KPIs.
- Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to provide insightful design feedback.
- You lead, inspire, and collaborate with people without authority. You are friendly, empathic, and know how to motivate others.
- Strong user research skills, both quantitive and qualitative, including interviewing customers, conducting surveys, and the ability to gather and analyze data to produce valuable insights
- Solid knowledge of capital markets, investing, and trading.
