We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our amazing HR team and act as business partner to HQ and several business units.

What will you be doing?

  • Support managers in performance and development reviews, annual salary reviews, incentive plans, promotions/transitions.
  • Consult and act as business partner and trusted advisor.
  • Support employee development and growth – coach managers and drive talent management programs to help employees navigate their careers.
  • Implement annual and specific HR programs in line with the company plan and business strategy
  • Enhance employee communication, monitor discipline and recognition as well as satisfaction.    
  • Measure and analyze HR metrics and KPI’s, learn and improve via data.
  • Take part in various projects to improve our HR infrastructures, workflows, training, and onboarding plans etc.
requirements
  • MA in Human resources, or related qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management or HRBP within Hitech companies (preferably in a fast-growing environment)
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation and global environment
  • Knowledge in labor legislation.
  • High level of English and excellent Hebrew
