About the job

As the Tech Lead for Infrastructure Monitoring, you will be working within the team that is focusing on providing the end-to-end monitoring experience, starting with collecting logs & metrics data from multiple data sources, to the UIs to analyze and leverage that information. 

The goal is to build high quality, high performance, low overhead, and easy-to-use solutions. 

You will participate in failure scenarios, and triaging bugs. You will participate in roadmap and project planning efforts.

What you will be working on

  • Provide Technical Leadership for the Infrastructure Monitoring team.
  • Collaborate with product design and multiple teams 
  • Be hands-on with the monitoring tools. Review work done in the team, and provide constructive feedback to engineers
  • Managing and coordinating with NOC members and streamlining with all the co-work within the teams: alert standards, NOC incident coverage 
  • Help the team to work by practices and standard

  • Have 2+ years of experience working with Windows\Linux systems specifically in managing or Supporting production environments.
  • experience developing and reviewing complex technical requirements, and translating them into actionable tasks for engineers.
  • Experience driving end-to-end architectural discussions across teams and organizations.
  • Previous experience providing technical leadership for a team 
  • Experience with Monitoring, Performance or Availability tools or services, preferably in the infrastructure monitoring area.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt the messaging to different perspectives (technical, business) and levels of detail.
