Job description

Quality Control Analysts are eToro’s gatekeepers inwards and outwards in the field of customer Facing.

They are here to make sure that our communication with our clients is in line with the company, and that our representatives are operating in line with the company regulatory requirements, as they check all communications between the operations agents and customers related to Deposits, Withdrawals, and more.

Their day to day job includes:

  • Checking email communications with clients while making sure the provided information meets eToro’s benchmarks and ensuring a good quality of service is provided
  • Raising immediate red flags for exceptionally low quality/compliance events/scam
  • Attending periodic training

Job Requirements

  • Must be - Native English Level/ Bilingual
  • Full-time position Mon-Fri / Sun-Thur
  • High moral standards
  • Knowledge of Operational Procedures 
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience in Operations (optional)
