Digital Performance Marketing Manager

  • Create, manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with an eye for attention to small details.
  • Foster strong and productive relationships with all paid media agencies
  • Work with the Marketing Analytics team on all campaign ad hoc analyses, which include response tracking and campaign reporting.
  • Oversee media budgets, budget tracking and execution of authorized plans.
  • Setting, optimizing and scaling of Facebook and Twitter ad campaigns in order to achieve the company's goals.
  • Analyze advertising performance based on ROI and other revenue models
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other KPI'S.
requirements
  • Native English speaker
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in social media, campaign management, multi-channel campaigns
  • Intellectual curiosity for the cryptocurrency and blockchain space
  • Experience in different channels of marketing, preferably growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects
