Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Middle Office Analyst to join our global operations team. In this role, you will support the trading lifecycle by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes. You will collaborate closely with traders, risk, finance, and external liquidity providers to help maintain the integrity of eToro’s trading operations and risk framework.


What will you be doing?

  • Reconcile trade executions and position data across multiple systems and platforms
  • Monitor exposures and ensure alignment with eToro’s global risk framework
  • Analyze trading performance and turn data into actionable insights
  • Support and operate lending, settlement, and post-trade activities
  • Liaise with external liquidity providers and counterparties worldwide
  • Act as a central point of contact, sharing information and collaborating with other internal teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Middle Office, Back Office, or related trading/financial operations role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and a methodical, precise approach to work
  • Solid understanding of capital markets and financial products
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; familiarity with data management tools
  • Experience with SQL (required); Python knowledge is a plus
